Will Zachmann is the Senior Web Manager for HUD’s Office of Policy Development and Research (PD&R) and serves as the government technical representative for the HUD USER Research Information Service and Clearinghouse. Mr. Zachmann also heads up the congressionally mandated Regulatory Barriers Clearinghouse, and is the managing editor of several federal publications concerned with housing research and affordability. He is a member of the America’s Affordable Communities Initiative at HUD. He holds a B.A. in English from the University of Hartford and a graduate degree in Administrative and Public Law from the Philadelphia Institute.
