T. Anthony Lindsey is founder, president and CEO of GlobeCrossing Realty, LLC, a local real estate brokerage firm that serves the needs of low and moderate-income clients, in addition to its commercial brokerage and investment brokerage services. Mr. Lindsey's career in the real estate industry has spanned over 11 years. He is nationally known for his work in affordable housing and advocacy of homeownership for low and moderate-income households.

Mr. Lindsey is currently completing his second three-year term on the City of Charlotte's Housing Trust Fund Advisory Board and is serving his second term as chairman. He is also serving on the Board of Governors of the Real Estate and Building Industry Coalition (REBIC). Mr. Lindsey has served on the North Carolina Association of Realtors board since 2003 and in 2005, served as the President of its statewide Housing Opportunity Foundation. In 2003, he was appointed to serve as the National Association of Realtors Federal Political Coordinator for Congressman Mel Watt of North Carolina's 12th Congressional District where he continues to serve today. He is also spearheading a nationwide group of Realtors® who represent members of the Congressional Black Caucus in an effort to collaborate on national housing and other real estate industry federal legislative policies. Mr. Lindsey has been actively involved in Charlotte area real estate through his service as a Director of the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association. In addition, Mr. Lindsey has served as a board member for the Charlotte Mecklenburg Housing Partnership and the Charlotte Housing Authority Horizon Acquisition Corporation.

Prior to becoming involved in the real estate industry, Mr. Lindsey made a corporate career in the telecommunications industry. He held positions with AT&T and later with Bell Communications Research. Mr. Lindsey enjoys living with his wife, Karyn, and their two children, Graham and Simone in Charlotte, North Carolina.
