HUD Regulatory Barriers Clearinghouse

Sandra Robles manages the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's Regulatory Barriers Clearinghouse (RBC) with the goal of reducing the impact that state and local government regulations have on the cost of producing affordable housing. She also tracks affordable, workforce housing solutions across 10 different regulatory issues including planning, growth restrictions, zoning regulations, redevelopment, infill, and building codes.

Prior to joining the RBC staff, Sandra Robles worked in various facets within local government including urban planning, redevelopment, and economic development.
